Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad for a US Non-IT Recruiter. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based Non-IT positions across domains such as Healthcare, Engineering, Manufacturing, Accounting & Finance, Light Industrial, and Administrative/Clerical. Day-to-day work includes sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases; screening resumes and conducting initial interviews; verifying work authorization and negotiating pay rates; submitting qualified profiles against client requirements within agreed turnaround times; coordinating interview rounds; keeping the ATS updated; and maintaining strong candidate pipelines while delivering a positive candidate experience.

You will work closely with account managers to understand requirements and consistently meet submission and placement targets.

Qualifications

- 4+ years of hands-on Full-life Cycle Recruiting experience for US Non-IT roles in a staffing/agency environment sourcing, screening, interviewing, submission, and offer management.
- Proven placements in at least one Non-IT domain (Healthcare, Engineering,



Manufacturing, F&A;, Light Industrial, or Admin/Clerical).
- Strong working knowledge of US tax terms (W2, 1099, Corp-to-Corp) and work authorization types (USC, Green Card, EAD, TN, H1B).
- Skilled in sourcing via Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn, including Boolean/X-ray search.
- Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., JobDiva, Ceipal, Bullhorn); VMS/MSP exposure (Fieldglass, Beeline) is a plus.
- Excellent spoken and written English with strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with US candidates.
- Proactive and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple requisitions and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field, or equivalent qualified experience.
- Willing to work night shifts on-site in Hyderabad and able to join immediately.
