Role: Bench Sales Executive

Experience: 1–5 Years

Location: Hyderabad

Work Mode: Work from Office

Shift: US Night Shift

Key Responsibilities

- Market IT consultants to vendors, MSPs, and clients
- Handle consultant profile submissions and follow-ups
- Work with W2, C2C, and 1099 engagement models
- Coordinate interviews and onboarding activities
- Support rate negotiations and contract closures
- Maintain consultant documentation and compliance
- Achieve assigned performance targets

Preferred Skills

- Experience in US IT Bench Sales or US Staffing
- Understanding of US staffing processes and IT technologies
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of US work authorization categories
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment and US night shifts
