Position: US IT Recruiter Intern

Location:Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

- Source IT candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment databases.
- Understand and work on US IT job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and collect basic information.
- Communicate with candidates through calls, emails, and messages.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
- Maintain candidate details and recruitment trackers.
- Learn US staffing concepts such as W2, C2C, 1099, and work authorization.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Eligibility

- MBA graduate with good communication skills.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year experience can apply.
- Basic understanding of IT technologies is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn US IT staffing and recruitment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
