Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, focused on supporting US commercial real-estate operations during night shifts. The role involves handling inbound and outbound voice-based customer support for US clients, addressing inquiries, resolving service issues, and ensuring prompt, accurate communication. The team member will manage and update real-estate and transaction-related data, perform basic data analysis on property, financial, and client information, and prepare reports or summaries for internal stakeholders.

Daily responsibilities include coordinating with US-based teams, maintaining CRM or database systems,



verifying documentation, and following established workflows and compliance guidelines. The role requires consistent adherence to quality standards, clear documentation of all interactions, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Candidates should possess strong domain knowledge in Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate, with the ability to understand property types, leases, and transaction processes.
- Candidates should possess foundational Finance skills, including comfort with basic financial terms, spreadsheets, and transaction-related calculations.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, including transparent spoken English, active listening, and a professional, client-focused approach.
- Candidates should possess strong data handling skills, including data entry accuracy, basic data analysis, and familiarity with MS Excel or similar tools.
- Ability to work night shifts supporting US time zones, with reliability and time management.
- Experience in BPO/voice process, customer support, or real-estate operations is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, finance, real estate, or a related field preferred.
- Comfort with on-site work in Bengaluru and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
