Role & responsibilities :

- Handle end-to-end US mortgage processes, including loan processing, underwriting support, and documentation.
- Review and validate borrower financial documents, income details, credit reports, and property-related information.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with US mortgage guidelines, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, lenders, underwriters, and other stakeholders to ensure timely loan processing.
- Identify discrepancies, missing information, and potential risks in loan files and take appropriate corrective action.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all cases are processed within defined TAT and quality standards.
- Handle customer or stakeholder queries related to mortgage applications and loan status.
- Meet individual and team productivity, quality, and turnaround-time targets.

Key Skills

- Strong knowledge of US Mortgage / Mortgage Lending processes.
- Understanding of mortgage terminology, loan documentation, and US lending guidelines.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
- Good proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong ability to work under pressure and meet process SLAs/TATs.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience: Minimum 18 months of relevant experience.
- Candidates with 18+ months of banking experience: Salary up to 7 LPA.
- Candidates with 18+ months of US Mortgage experience: Salary up to 9 LPA.
- Candidates from banking, mortgage, lending, financial services, or related domains preferred.
- Candidates should have a strong understanding of mortgage operations and be comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work 5 days a week with rotational shifts and rotational offs.
- Location: Noida, Sector 144.
- Candidates who can join at short notice would be preferred.
