The Role

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter who is not just a "sourcer" but a talent strategist. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for the US market, leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to identify, screen, and engage top-tier technical professionals. Key Responsibilities

- Full-Cycle US Recruitment: Manage end-to-end hiring for technical roles (Software Engineers, Cloud Architects, AI/ML Engineers, etc.) across various US time zones.
- AI-Enhanced Sourcing: Utilize AI-driven platforms and Boolean search strings to identify passive candidates on LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder.
- Quality Screening: Conduct rigorous technical and cultural fit interviews, ensuring candidates meet the high standards of WadiTek’s global clients.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate directly with US-based hiring managers to understand complex technical requirements and provide market insights.




- Candidate Experience: Act as the face of WadiTek, maintaining high engagement and guiding candidates through the offer and onboarding process (W2, C2C, and 1099).

Requirements

- Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in US IT Recruitment .
- Communication: Mastery of the English language (written and verbal) with the ability to build rapport with US-based citizens, Green Card holders, and H1B consultants.
- AI Aptitude: Direct experience using AI-driven recruitment tools (e.g., AI sourcing assistants, automated screening tools, or advanced ATS features) to optimize workflow.
- Technical Literacy: A solid understanding of various technology stacks, including Java, Python, Salesforce, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and Data Science.
- US Compliance: Deep knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa types.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Computer Science, or a related field.
