Profile: Telesales Executive - Personal Loan

Location: Chennai

Eligibility:

- Freshers & Experienced candidates
- Tamil: V4 communication mandatory
- Malayalam & Kannada: V3 communication accepted
- Positive English communication skills

Shift: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM Week Off: Sunday Fixed Off

Salary:

- Tamil: 21,000 CTC | 15,978 In-Hand + Incentives
- Malayalam: 22,000 CTC | 16,979 In-Hand + Incentives
- Kannada: 22,000 CTC | 16,979 In-Hand + Incentives

Job Responsibilities:

- Generate leads for personal loan products through outbound calls.
- Explain loan products and eligibility to customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
