WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Hard-working, compassionate people with passion towards social service. They will play a crucial role as facilitators at Upaay Kendra. At the core of health awareness, income/livelihoods, public sensitivity, agricultural consultation imparting knowledge about government schemes, with a strong local connect. They act as a bridge between rural society and public upliftment.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Service oriented/ Seva-Bhav: People centric and sensitive
- Basic reading and writing skills
- Basic computer/technology knowledge/competence and admin experience
- 12th pass, graduates preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years work experience.
- General knowledge about government schemes/programs
- Preference to former Anganwadi workers, nurses, social workers
- Medical care is an additional benefit
- Must possess strong communication, leadership,



and community outreach skills.
- Local understanding/awareness, familiarity to local languages
- Females preferred
- No domestic issues/problems, health ailments
- No form of political alignment (eg: party karyakarta)

Requirements RESPONSIBILITIES

- Supervising attendance of field staff
- Daily monitoring field staff for productivity and quality
- Conduct/assist with medical screening
- Preparation for video consultations
- Coordination with HO and regional offices
- Generic facilitation related to documentation
- Maintaining logistics, survey gifts, keychains
- Managing inward and outward couriers
- Meeting with Gyaani/Sarpanch/MLA (once in a while)
- Providing advisory, consulting as per requirement and HO guidelines on the subject.
- Briefing and downloading and registration of “a” app on user’s phone
- Basic para-medical care responsibilities
- Maintaining visitor logbook
- Product sampling
