Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Kochi, for a University Representative: Overseas Education at MSM Unify. The role involves engaging with potential students and partners to promote study-abroad programs, providing guidance and information about international education opportunities, and assisting candidates in navigating application and enrollment processes.

Responsibilities also include conducting presentations, delivering training, and ensuring excellent customer service to support students in their education journey.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with students and partners
- Educational knowledge and understanding of international study processes to provide accurate guidance
- Proven Sales skills and experience in building lasting relationships with stakeholders
- Experience in delivering Training and presentations to educate and support students
- Proficiency in multitasking and time management in a hybrid work setting
- Bachelor's degree in business, Education, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the education or recruitment industry is an advantage
- Ability to travel within the region as required to meet job responsibilities
