Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls and provide professional banking support.
- Assist UK customers with account-related queries and service requests.
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy, accuracy, and ownership.
- Follow defined banking processes, policies, and quality standards.
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer records and transaction details.
- Meet defined productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.

Strong communication, active listening, problem-solving, accuracy, and customer-centricity are key skills for banking customer-service roles.

Eligibility

- Qualification: 10+2 / Diploma / Graduate
- Experience:



Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Candidates comfortable working in UK shifts.
- International BPO / Banking / Customer Support experience will be an added advantage.
