Role Overview

We are seeking a UX Designer / Product Designer / UI/UX Designer who is passionate about crafting exceptional digital experiences. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Business teams to design intuitive user journeys across mobile applications and web platforms while driving customer engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Design intuitive and user-friendly experiences for B2C/D2C fintech mobile applications, mobile web, and web platforms.
- Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for new products and feature enhancements.
- Revamp and optimize existing user journeys, screens, and workflows to improve usability, accessibility, and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Business stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, usability testing, and design validation to inform product decisions.
- Build, maintain, and enhance the company's design system and reusable component library to ensure consistency across products.
- Ensure all designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with Augmont's brand guidelines.
- Work closely with development teams by providing design specifications, assets, and implementation support.
- Leverage customer feedback, product analytics,



and business insights to continuously improve the user experience.
- Design solutions that enhance customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and overall business performance.

Required Skills & Experience

- 13 years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or UI/UX Design.
- Strong expertise in UX design, UI design, and user-centered design methodologies.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, design systems, and high-fidelity interface design.
- Experience designing mobile applications, responsive web platforms, and mobile web experiences.
- Robust understanding of user flows, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design principles.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis.
- Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
- Understanding of customer journey mapping, conversion optimization, and data-driven design practices.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Product Managers, Developers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Fintech, Banking, Payments, Investment, WealthTech, or Financial Services products will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms is preferred.

CTC: 3,00,000 – 3,50,000 per annum
