Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, be proficient in design tools, and be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
- Design responsive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components.
- Ensure consistency in design across all digital platforms.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and business requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and user-centered design methodology.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
- Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs.




- Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is an advantage.
- Solid visual design skills with attention to typography, color, spacing, and layout.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience using AI-powered design tools such as Figma AI, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Uizard, Galileo AI, Framer AI, or similar tools to enhance design workflows.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
- A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and design thinking process.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with interaction design, motion design, and micro-interactions.
- Experience designing SaaS products or enterprise applications is a plus.
