About the Role

Net Florist is looking for a passionate and creative Junior UI/UX Designer to help build engaging and user-friendly experiences for our web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and QA teams to create intuitive designs that enhance customer experience and improve online conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma.
- Design responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Assist in improving product pages, checkout flow, and overall user experience.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.




- Conduct basic user research and usability testing.
- Maintain design consistency using the company's design system.
- Incorporate user feedback into design improvements.

Requirements

Required Skills

- 12 years of UI/UX design experience.
- Valuable knowledge of Figma.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience designing websites or mobile applications.
- Knowledge of eCommerce platforms is a plus.
- Portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects (academic or professional).

Essentially looking for someone with proficiency in Figma

- They need to be able to work with existing wireframes , editing and adding to them
- They need to be able to create wireframes from scratch using Figma
- They need to be able to get the file ready for devs i.e. the alignment, spacing and brand elements must be correct
- They need to be able to take feedback
- They need to understand how to use components (buttons, typography etc.)
- They need to be able to present their designs and process
