Role Description The UGC Creator is a full-time, remote role focused on producing engaging user-generated content that supports PPStack’s educational, career, and digital branding initiatives. In this role, the creator will plan, script, and record short-form video content, testimonials, tutorials, and social-first narratives aligned with PPStack’s brand voice and campaigns. Day-to-day activities include researching topics related to EdTech, AI, digital skills, and career growth; collaborating with marketing and product teams to develop content concepts; and repurposing learner stories, feedback, and community interactions into compelling content.

The UGC Creator will publish content across social platforms, monitor engagement,



and iterate based on performance data and audience insights. This role also involves staying current with platform trends, experimenting with new formats, and ensuring all content reflects inclusive, learner-centered messaging.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in short-form video creation, on-camera presence, basic shooting and editing, and storytelling for social media platforms.
- Experience with digital content creation, including scripting, caption writing, and repurposing user feedback or testimonials into engaging narratives.
- Familiarity with social media marketing, audience engagement, and trend analysis across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Ability to research EdTech, AI, digital skills, and career development topics and translate them into accessible, learner-friendly content.
- Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, learning design) and incorporating creative and data-driven feedback.
- Robust communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple content projects and deadlines in a remote environment.
- Understanding of inclusive, gender-neutral, and non-discriminatory communication; prior experience in education, EdTech, or career services is a plus.
- Relevant education or equivalent experience in media, communications, marketing, content creation, or a related field is beneficial.
