Job Summary: /n We are looking for a passionate and skilled UAV Pilot (FPV) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in flying FPV and multirotor drones in both indoor and outdoor environments. The role involves regular flight operations, drone testing, field deployments, and close collaboration with the R&D; team for product validation and development. /n Key Responsibilities: /n ● Perform regular UAV flight operations for testing, validation, demonstrations, and customer deployments. /n ● Fly FPV drones confidently in challenging and high-pressure environments while maintaining safety and precision. /n ● Conduct both indoor and outdoor drone flights in various operating conditions. /n ● Execute manual and autonomous flight missions. /n ● Perform pre-flight inspections, post-flight checks, and routine drone maintenance. /n ● Configure and set up flight controllers and firmware for different UAV platforms. /n ● Tune flight performance by adjusting PID parameters for stable and optimized flight. /n ● Analyze flight logs to identify issues, diagnose failures, and recommend corrective actions. /n ● Support R&D; activities by testing recent hardware, payloads, antennas, sensors, and firmware. /n ● Maintain flight records, testing reports, and documentation. /n ● Travel to customer sites, testing locations, and field deployments as required. /n Required Skills: /n ● 1–2 years of experience as a UAV/Drone Pilot (preferred). /n ● Excellent FPV flying skills with confidence in high-speed, precision, and obstacle-rich environments.



/n ● Experience operating drones in both indoor and outdoor conditions. /n ● Strong manual flying skills with the ability to recover safely from unexpected situations. /n ● Knowledge of UAV hardware, including motors, ESCs, GPS modules, telemetry systems, batteries, and radio controllers. /n ● Experience configuring and operating firmware such as: /n ○ ArduPilot /n ○ Betaflight /n ○ INAV /n ● Familiarity with mission planning software such as: /n ○ QGroundControl (QGC) /n ○ Mission Planner (preferred) /n ● Understanding of: /n ○ PID tuning /n ○ Flight controller calibration /n ○ Sensor calibration /n ○ Failsafe configuration /n ● Ability to read and analyze flight logs to troubleshoot and resolve flight-related issues. /n ● Basic troubleshooting skills for UAV hardware and software. /n ● Good communication and teamwork skills. /n Preferred Qualifications: /n ● DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate is highly preferred and will be an added advantage. /n ● Experience with R&D; drone testing and validation. /n ● Experience with autonomous flight missions and waypoint planning. /n ● Familiarity with MAVLink-based systems. /n ● Experience integrating payloads such as cameras, antennas, GNSS modules, or other sensors. /n Additional Requirements: /n ● Must be willing to travel frequently for drone operations, testing, and customer deployments. /n ● Should be comfortable relocating to different project locations based on operational requirements. /n ● Ability to work in outdoor environments under varying weather and terrain conditions. /n ● Passion for drones, innovation, and continuous learning.
