About the Role To provide administrative and operational support to the Treasury Department by managing daily cash positions, coordinating with banking partners, and ensuring all financial transactions are executed accurately and in compliance with internal controls

What you will do

- Monitor daily bank balances and transaction activity across all global and domestic bank accounts
- Preparing short-term and long-term cash flow projections to ensure operational funding
- Ensure sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements
- Process and authorize domestic and international payments,



including wire transfers, ACH/NEFT/RTGS transactions, and intercompany fund transfers, ensuring adherence to payment timelines and internal policies
- Manage bank account lifecycle activities, including account opening, closure, KYC documentation, authorized signatory updates, and banking documentation
- Perform daily and monthly reconciliations between bank statements and the General Ledger (GL) i.e.
- BRS.Liaise with senior management (including the CFO, Founders, and other key stakeholders) to facilitate timely approval of daily payment transactions and provide clarifications on payment-related queries
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and audit requirements and provide relevant documentation to internal and external auditors for banking and treasury related matters
- Handle vendor’s queries and resolve discrepancies related to invoices and payments
- Assist in month-end and year-end close activities, including accruals, provisions, and expense accounting
- Act as the primary point of contact for banking-related operational matters and liaise with internal teams (Procurement, P2P, and business units) to facilitate seamless banking and treasury operations
- Prepare management information system (MIS) reports related to treasury operations

What we need

- Robust foundational knowledge of accounting principles is mandatory
- In-depth understanding of banking operations and treasury management processes including global paym
- ents.Demonstrated ability to maintain 100% accuracy while handling high-volume, repetitive tasks
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for complex data analysis and reporting
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
- Working knowledge of Oracle NetSuite will be an added advantage
