Role Description The Travel Faculty at Frankfinn Institute of Air Hostess Training, Raipur will deliver classroom sessions on travel and tourism, including domestic and international ticketing, travel documentation, and basic airline and airport operations.

Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, creating and updating training materials, conducting assessments, and providing constructive feedback to learners. The role also involves mentoring learners on industry expectations, grooming, and professional conduct, as well as coordinating with the academic team to maintain training standards and course schedules. This is a full-time, on-site role based at the Raipur center,



requiring regular interaction with learners and participation in academic meetings and events.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of travel and tourism concepts, including ticketing, itinerary planning, and travel documentation.
- Candidates should possess effective teaching and training skills, including lesson planning, classroom management, and learner assessment.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, with clear spoken and written English and the ability to explain concepts simply and confidently.
- Candidates should possess good interpersonal and mentoring skills to guide learners, support their development, and handle diverse classroom groups.
- Candidates should possess basic computer skills, including use of presentation tools and online resources for training support.
- A graduate degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Aviation, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior industry experience in travel agencies, airlines, ticketing, or tourism operations will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work full time on-site in Raipur, maintain punctuality, and contribute to a professional and inclusive learning environment.
