Role Description The Travel Package Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot, responsible for planning, developing, and managing customized travel packages for individual and corporate clients. This role involves liaising with domestic and international suppliers, negotiating rates, and ensuring efficient ground handling and seamless travel arrangements.

The Travel Package

Manager will communicate with clients and travel agents to understand requirements, prepare detailed itineraries, provide accurate quotations, and handle bookings, amendments, and cancellations.



Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with hotels, airlines, and local partners, overseeing documentation and visa-related information, monitoring package profitability, and resolving service issues promptly. The role also includes maintaining strong relationships with travel partners, staying updated on destination trends, and contributing to new product ideas and promotional offers.

Qualifications

- Robust travel planning and itinerary design skills, with experience in customized packages for domestic and international destinations.
- Proficiency in supplier coordination, rate negotiation, and vendor relationship management with hotels, airlines, and ground handlers.
- Excellent client service, communication, and interpersonal skills for working with direct customers and travel agents.
- Solid organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities to handle multiple bookings and deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, pricing, and reservation management.
- Comfort with using travel booking tools, office productivity software, and basic data management systems.
- Knowledge of popular international destinations (especially Asia-Pacific, Middle East, Indian Ocean islands, Africa) and current travel trends.
- Prior experience in travel and tourism, tour operations, or package management; a diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Rajkot, collaborate within a team, and adapt to peak-season workloads.
- Fluency in English
