Role Description The Travel & Event Coordinator (Domestic) will manage end-to-end coordination of domestic travel and events for Vervve Hotels & Resorts, ensuring smooth logistics and high-quality guest experiences. This full-time, on-site role is based in Pune City and includes responsibilities such as planning itineraries, booking transportation and accommodation, and organizing event venues, schedules, and support services. The coordinator will liaise with hotels, vendors, and internal teams, maintain accurate documentation, and handle last-minute changes or issues professionally.





Daily tasks also involve tracking budgets, preparing reports, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders to ensure all travel and event requirements are met on time and to standard. Immediate joining is preferred.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Event Planning and Event Management skills for organizing domestic events and coordinating logistics.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to work effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to ensure a positive experience for guests and partners.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to support promotional activities, negotiate with vendors, and help optimize event budgets.
- Relevant experience in travel coordination, hospitality, or event management, preferably in hotels or resorts.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune City, manage multiple tasks, and respond quickly to changing requirements.
- Proficiency with basic office software and travel or event management tools.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
