Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in Kochi.

The Travel

Consultant will guide guests and partners in planning stays across VOYE HOMES properties, including suggesting destinations, accommodation options, and tailored itineraries that match guest preferences and budgets. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling inquiries through phone, email, and chat, managing reservations, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring accurate documentation of bookings in internal systems. The role will also involve optimizing occupancy across the property network,



and resolving guest issues with prompt, courteous support.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Consulting and advise guests, and optimize bookings across multiple destinations.
- Candidates should possess skills in telesales and Reservations to handle bookings, coordinate schedules, and manage changes or cancellations efficiently.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to respond to inquiries, address concerns, and provide courteous, solution-focused support.
- Candidates should possess good communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English; knowledge of regional languages (such as Malayalam or Hindi) is an advantage.
- Candidates should possess basic computer and CRM proficiency, comfort with booking systems, and attention to detail in documentation.
- Relevant experience in travel, hospitality, or tourism consulting is preferred; a diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism Management, or a related field is beneficial.
- Ability to work in office in Kochi, manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
