Role Description The Travel Consultant role at TRIP ITT is a full time, on-site position based in Ghaziabad.

The Travel

Consultant will work directly with clients to understand their travel needs, recommend suitable destinations and packages, and create customized itineraries. Daily tasks include managing travel arrangements such as flight, hotel, and transport bookings, coordinating reservations, and handling travel documentation requirements. The role involves providing responsive customer service,



addressing inquiries and issues, and ensuring a smooth, hassle-free travel experience for each client.

The Travel

Consultant will collaborate with internal teams and vendors to secure competitive rates and maintain accurate records of bookings and client interactions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management.
- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements and Reservations.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
