Transportation Planner

Location: Bengaluru

We are looking for an experienced Transportation Planner to join our Transport Planning & Traffic Engineering team. The role focuses on traffic modeling, transport planning studies, and traffic impact assessments for projects of moderate complexity.

Key Responsibilities

- Support data collection activities (traffic counts, surveys, etc.)
- Work closely with traffic modelers on traffic models and network simulations
- Assist in trip generation, OD matrix development, and traffic analysis
- Prepare circulation, parking, and signage drawings
- Prepare transportation studies and traffic impact assessment reports
- Coordinate reviews with clients and approving authorities

• Review deliverables and support junior team members





Experience & Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in transportation planning and traffic engineering • Masters degree in Transport Planning / Traffic Engineering / Management or related field (preferred)

Skills & Software

- Solid knowledge of transport planning and traffic engineering
- Familiarity with international standards and codes
- Mandatory expertise in VISUM
- Experience with VISSIM, Synchro, SIDRA, HCS, AutoTURN, CUBE is an advantage
- Strong analytical, modeling, and communication skills

• Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage
