Position: Transplant Coordinator

Location: NewEra Hospitals, Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Department: Clinical Administration

Experience Required: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hospital operations, clinical administration, transplant documentation, or patient coordination

Qualification:

- Graduate in Healthcare Administration, Hospital Administration, Life Sciences, or any relevant discipline
- Candidates from the Clinical Administration department will be preferred
- Candidates with prior experience in transplant documentation and coordination will be given preference
- Nursing and medical qualifications are not mandatory for this position

Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all transplant-related administrative activities between patients, consultants, and hospital departments
- Maintain and monitor all transplant-related documentation as per hospital policies and regulatory requirements
- Follow up with patients regarding investigations, documentation, appointments, admissions, and discharge processes
- Coordinate with consultants, laboratory services, radiology, billing, insurance, and other hospital departments to ensure the timely completion of all transplant-related formalities




- Ensure that all patient records and consent forms are complete, accurate, and properly maintained
- Maintain transplant databases, records, and reports
- Assist the transplant team in organizing meetings, audits, and compliance-related activities
- Ensure the timely submission of all mandatory documents to the concerned authorities
- Track patient follow-ups before and after the transplant procedure
- Act as a liaison between patients, families, doctors, and hospital departments throughout the transplant process

- Knowledge of hospital documentation and compliance procedures
- Proficiency in hospital information systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment
