Project Manager - Infra Projects setup- Designation- Senior Manager level

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end interior project execution for call centers and office spaces.
- Review architect-prepared layouts and BOQs to identify, evaluate, and finalize suitable vendors for interior fit-outs.
- Lead vendor negotiations and supervise project implementation.
- Oversee execution of interior works along with electrical, air-conditioning, and UPS systems, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and internal stakeholders for seamless project delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Solid experience in office interior projects, with knowledge of electrical, HVAC/AC, and UPS systems.
- Proven expertise in vendor management, and project supervision, or prior hands-on experience in executing interior and related works.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and adherence to timelines.
- Open to international travel for project implementation.

Location

- Base Location: India Noida or Bangalore
- Global travel required for execution of projects.
