Role Description The Training Counselor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Recent Delhi and is specifically designed for freshers.

The Training

Counselor will guide prospective learners on training programs, explain course structures, and help them choose suitable learning paths aligned with career goals. Daily tasks include handling inquiries via phone, email, or in-person meetings, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and following up with candidates to support enrollment decisions. The role also involves coordinating with internal training and consulting teams, supporting orientation sessions,



and providing basic administrative assistance related to training schedules and documentation. This position offers structured learning opportunities, mentoring, and exposure to SAP and IT consulting environments.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain information clearly and build rapport with learners.
- Candidates should possess basic counseling or guidance skills, including active listening, empathy, and the ability to understand learner needs and career aspirations.
- Candidates should possess organizational and administrative skills, such as record-keeping, follow-up management, and coordination of training schedules and sessions.
- Candidates should possess foundational computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office tools, email communication, and online meeting platforms.
- Candidates should possess a proactive learning mindset and interest in IT, SAP, or business consulting, with the willingness to undergo internal training.
- Fresh graduates from any discipline are welcome; a degree in business, management, IT, or related fields will be an advantage.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and maintain a professional and respectful approach with colleagues and learners.

Shift Timing:

It will be night Shift and Saturday/ Sunday will be working mandatory
