Role Overview

PIBM is looking for an energetic, confident, and passionate Trainer who will represent the institution across schools and colleges. The role involves conducting engaging training sessions on academic and professional development topics such as Accounts, Commerce, Business Studies, Economics, MS Excel, Financial Literacy, Business Communication, Career Readiness, and other related subjects.

The Trainer will act as a Brand Ambassador of PIBM, creating meaningful learning experiences for students while building awareness about PIBM's programs, values, and career opportunities. The organization will provide complete training, content, presentation materials, and guidance on the topics to be delivered.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Student Engagement

● Conduct interactive training sessions, workshops, seminars, and guest lectures in schools and colleges.

● Deliver training on subjects including:

○ Accountancy

○ Commerce

○ Business Studies

○ Economics

○ MS Excel

○ Financial Awareness

○ Business Fundamentals

○ Career Development & Employability Skills

○ Other topics as assigned by PIBM

● Ensure high levels of student participation and engagement during sessions.

● Adapt training methodologies based on student profiles and academic levels.

● Address student queries and provide career-related guidance where appropriate.





Institutional Representation

● Represent PIBM professionally during all institutional visits.

● Act as the face and brand ambassador of PIBM at external events and academic engagements.

● Introduce students to PIBM's educational philosophy, programs, industry connect, and career opportunities.

● Build positive relationships with school and college management, faculty members, and student communities.

Outreach & Brand Building

● Create awareness about PIBM among prospective students.

● Generate interest in higher education and management studies through informative sessions.

● Encourage student participation in PIBM initiatives, events, and career development programs.

● Support student counseling and engagement activities whenever required.

Reporting & Coordination

● Maintain records of training sessions conducted, student attendance, and feedback received.

● Submit post-session reports and engagement summaries.

● Coordinate with the Outreach, Admissions, and Marketing teams for scheduling and planning visits.

● Share market insights and student feedback to improve future outreach initiatives.

Training & Support Provided

PIBM will provide

● Comprehensive induction and training.

● Detailed session plans and training content.

● Guidance on topics to be delivered.

● Presentation materials and learning resources.

● Training on effectively representing and communicating about PIBM.

Desired Candidate Profile

● Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Management,



Economics, Education, or related fields.

● Solid knowledge of Accounts, Commerce, Business Studies, Economics, and MS Excel.

● Excellent presentation, communication, and public speaking skills.

● Passion for teaching, mentoring, and student engagement.

● Ability to connect with students and create an interactive learning environment.

● Willingness to travel extensively to schools and colleges.

● Confident, professional, and enthusiastic personality.

● Prior teaching, training, counseling, or educational outreach experience will be preferred.
