Role Summary Savills India is seeking an experienced Tower In-Charge (Civil) for its Project Management Services (PMS) division. The role involves managing civil execution, quality, progress, contractor coordination and timely delivery of residential towers as per project standards, specifications and safety requirements.

Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Project/Quality Management certification is an added advantage.

- Manage RCC, Mivan formwork, masonry, waterproofing, façade, flooring & finishing works.
- Monitor project progress, quality, construction methodology and approved drawings/specifications.
- Conduct site inspections,



quality checks, snagging/de-snagging and close observations.
- Coordinate with contractors, PMC, consultants and client representatives.
- Review schedules/progress reports and resolve technical/site issues.
- Ensure EHS, statutory and project compliance.
- Support tower completion, testing and handover.

Mandatory Requirements

- 10-12 years of experience in Civil Construction/Project Management.
- Hands-on experience in 30+ storey high-rise residential projects.
- Strong experience in contractor management, IPC/PMC coordination and premium residential projects.
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving and client-facing skills.
- Secure career history with strong stakeholder management.
- Early joiners preferred (max. 30 days).
- Local candidates preferred.
