About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Ticketing Executive to handle flight bookings, reservations, ticketing, cancellations, and customer coordination. The ideal candidate should have valuable knowledge of airline ticketing systems and travel industry processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle domestic and international flight bookings and reservations.
- Issue, reissue, modify, and cancel air tickets as per airline policies.
- Handle refunds, cancellations, rescheduling, and date changes.
- Provide customers with suitable flight options based on their requirements.
- Coordinate with airlines, consolidators, and travel partners.
- Maintain accurate booking records and customer documentation.
- Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer queries.
- Check fares, availability, baggage rules, and airline terms and conditions.
- Achieve assigned ticketing and sales targets.




- Maintain professional communication with customers and vendors.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in airline ticketing/travel industry.
- Knowledge of GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is preferred.
- Good knowledge of domestic and international airlines and fare rules.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Travel agency or OTA experience will be an added advantage.
