Role Overview

We are hiring a Therapy Manager – Critical Care to manage and grow hospital business for critical care products. The role focuses on driving prescriptions, building strong relationships with key hospital stakeholders, and executing institutional sales strategies in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and develop hospital & critical care business in the assigned territory

- Build solid relationships with doctors, intensivists, pharmacists, and hospital purchase teams

- Drive product adoption and prescription generation in critical care segments

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure availability, visibility, and brand presence

Key Requirements

- Experience: 2–5 years in hospital business or critical care segment

- Background: Must be from pharma companies handling hospital/institutional sales

- Education: B.Pharm / Science Graduate

- Age Limit: Up to 29 years

- Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills
