Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated TGT / PGT Mathematics Teacher to join our academic team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging mathematics lessons, developing students’ conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills, assessing academic progress, and supporting students in achieving strong learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver effective Mathematics lessons in accordance with the prescribed curriculum.
- Teach mathematical concepts using appropriate examples, activities, technology, and teaching methodologies.
- Develop students’ analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, question papers, and other teaching resources.
- Conduct regular assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify students who require additional academic support and provide remedial guidance.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessment, and academic performance.
- Encourage active classroom participation and create a positive learning environment.
- Prepare students effectively for board examinations and other competitive/entrance examinations, where applicable.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, staff meetings, academic planning, and school activities.
- Stay updated with current teaching practices, curriculum developments, and educational technology.
- Maintain classroom discipline and uphold the academic standards and values of the institution.





Eligibility & QualificationsFor TGT Mathematics
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or a relevant subject from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
- CTET/TET qualification preferred, where applicable.
- Strong command of Mathematics and effective communication skills.

For PGT Mathematics
- Master’s degree in Mathematics or a relevant subject from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
- CTET/TET qualification preferred, where applicable.
- Strong subject knowledge with the ability to teach senior-secondary Mathematics effectively.

Experience
- Prior teaching experience in a reputed school is preferred.
- Experience with CBSE/ICSE/state-board curriculum will be an advantage.
- Freshers with solid subject knowledge and good teaching aptitude may also be considered.
