Royal Vista Travels is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Ticketing Executive to join our Thrissur branch.

The candidate will be responsible for handling flight enquiries, preparing quotations, making reservations and issuing air tickets while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of airline fares, booking procedures and travel industry systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries for domestic and international flight tickets.
- Search and compare airline fares and provide suitable options to customers.
- Prepare flight quotations and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Make flight reservations and issue, reissue and cancel tickets.
- Handle ticket modifications, refunds and date changes as per airline rules.
- Provide customers with accurate information regarding baggage, fare conditions, cancellation and change policies.
- Coordinate with airlines, consolidators and B2B travel portals for bookings and ticketing.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending quotations and bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments and ticketing transactions.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve ticketing-related issues promptly.
- Achieve assigned sales and ticketing targets.
- Stay updated on airline schedules, fares, promotions and travel requirements.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Ticketing Executive / Travel Consultant / Reservation Executive is preferred.
- Experience with domestic and international air ticketing.




- Knowledge of airline fare rules, ticketing, reissue, cancellation and refund procedures.
- Experience with GDS or B2B flight booking portals is an advantage.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of English; Malayalam is essential for customer communication.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Good computer skills and basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Candidates with experience in a travel agency or airline ticketing environment will be preferred.

- Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre experience
- Knowledge of international destinations and airline routes
- Knowledge of visa and tour packages is an added advantage
- Sales and customer conversion skills
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills
