Role Description This full time Testing and Commissioning Engineer role is an on-site position based in Chennai. The engineer will perform electrical testing and inspection of equipment and systems, ensuring they meet design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Daily tasks include executing commissioning procedures, documenting test results, identifying issues, and coordinating with project teams to resolve technical problems.

The role involves troubleshooting electrical systems, supporting installation teams, and providing technical input during project planning and execution.



The engineer will also prepare reports, maintain test records, and communicate status updates to supervisors and clients.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Electrical Testing and Testing of equipment and systems.
- Experience working as Commissioning Engineers with hands-on commissioning activities.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting electrical faults and system performance issues.
- Solid foundation in Electrical Engineering principles and practical applications.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with relevant electrical standards, safety regulations, and best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and a systematic approach to testing.
