- Commissioning Lead The following are the major tasks involved in Testing &
- Commissioning and Integrated testing & commissioning of High Speed rail project having the Shinkansen technology, but not limited to - Complete accountability & responsibility of Testing &
- Commsioning Active participation in finalization of Testing &
- Commissioning methodology and strategy of OHE, PSI, MV/LV &
- MEP works as per contract along with RTRI, JE, NHSRCL, EIG Inspectors.

Attending

Meetings with JE/NHSRCL, Vendors, Internal stake holders &

- RTRI, EIG inspectors as required for T&C; Active coordination and interface required for T&C; for PSI, MV/LV works &
- MEP works with Engineering and Site Construction team, Interface, Quality &
- Safety Managers, JE / NHSRCL, Utility offices.



Review and approval of EIG documents/ Testing &
- Commissioning method statements/ Other documents related to Testing &
- Commissioning. Planning, Scheduling and executing of Testing &
- Commissioning work for MS-4 and MS 3.1 To ensure the timely completion of Testing &
- Commissioning for MS-1 & 3.1 in line with target set by Employer Responsible for deciding the Testing agencies for Renting/Leasing T&C; equipment.

- Complete recruitment of Testing Engineers. If needed, decide to rope small agencies to address gaps in T&C.;
