Test Lead Skill Life Insurance We are looking for an experienced Ingenium senior resource with 7-9 years of testing experience in the Insurance domain. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Manual Testing, a deep understanding of Life Insurance business processes, and hands-on experience working on the Ingenium Policy Administration System. The candidate will lead testing activities, collaborate with business and technical teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end testing activities for Ingenium-based applications and enhancements.Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and insurance workflows.Prepare test strategy, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.Coordinate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders for requirement clarification.Execute functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing activities.Manage defect lifecycle, including defect reporting, tracking,



and closure.Review test deliverables and provide guidance to team members.Ensure testing milestones and project timelines are met.Prepare and share test execution reports, defect metrics, and status updates.Support production validation and post-release testing activities.Required Skills5+ years of experience in Software Testing.Strong experience as a Test Lead in Insurance projects.Hands-on experience with Ingenium Policy Administration System.Strong Manual Testing expertise.Good understanding of Life Insurance domain, including policy servicing, underwriting, claims, billing, and customer management processes.Experience in Test Planning, Test Case Design, Defect Management, and Test Execution.Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.Robust analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Experience using defect tracking and test management tools.Preferred SkillsExperience in API testing.Exposure to automation testing concepts.Experience working with distributed teams and client stakeholders.
