Test Lead – Accessibility

Location: Chennai (Work From Office – 5 Days)

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Test Lead with strong expertise in Accessibility Testing and Document Testing. The candidate will lead a team of testers, ensure high-quality delivery, perform accessibility testing for documents, web, and mobile applications, and collaborate with developers and clients to ensure compliance with accessibility standards.

Key Requirements

- 4+ years of QA/Accessibility Testing experience.
- Team handling experience (5–10 members).
- Strong experience in Document Testing (not Document Remediation).
- Hands-on testing experience with PDF, Word, PowerPoint (PPT), and EPUB.
- Experience in Web and Mobile Application Testing.
- Valuable knowledge of WCAG, Section 508, ADA, and PDF Accessibility.
- Experience using accessibility tools such as axe DevTools, WAVE, ANDI, and screen readers like NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, or TalkBack is preferred.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Chennai-based candidates or those willing to relocate.
