About the RoleGreenlam Laminates & Allied is looking for a dynamic Trade + Project + OEM Sales Specialist to drive business growth, expand our dealer network, secure high-value projects, and strengthen our market presence across Malappuram and nearby regions.

If you have a solid foothold in the local construction, interior, and manufacturing ecosystem and possess a robust network of trade influencers and institutional clients, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities

- Multi-Channel Sales: Drive primary and secondary sales targets across Trade, Project, and OEM segments in the territory.
- Network Expansion: Appoint, manage, and deepen relationships with key dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Project & OEM Securing: Track upcoming commercial/residential projects and build direct business pipelines with furniture manufacturers, architects, interior designers, and OEMs.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Leverage existing connections with local builders, engineers, contractors, and OEM manufacturers for continuous specification.
- Operations: Ensure timely payment collections and manage inventory norms effectively across partners.

Candidate Requirements
- Experience:



2–3 years of B2B sales experience strictly within the Building Material / Construction / Interior Industry (Laminates, Plywood, Veneers, Tiles, Hardware, or allied surfaces) covering Trade, Projects, and OEMs.
- Local Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the commercial, project, and manufacturing market in Malappuram and surrounding areas.
- Network: Strong, established connections with local dealers, builders, contractors, architects, and furniture OEMs.
- Skills & Languages: Excellent negotiation, institutional selling, and channel management skills. Proficiency in English and Malayalam is mandatory.
- Education & Mobility: Graduate in any discipline with a willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

What We Offer
- CTC: Up to ₹8 LPA (commensurate with experience).
- Preferred Profiles: Immediate joiners or those serving a short notice period.
