Role Description:

This full-time, on-site Territory Manager role is based in Gujarat, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh & Rajasthan The Territory Manager will be responsible for managing sales and distribution activities within an assigned region, including developing and maintaining relationships with dealers, distributors, and farmers. Daily tasks include planning and executing territory sales strategies, conducting field visits, organizing product demonstrations, and tracking market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in territory management, sales, or business development, ideally in agri-equipment or related industries.
- Solid skills in relationship-building, stakeholder management, and customer service, with the ability to work closely with dealers and farmers.
- Competence in sales planning, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making,



including basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to conduct field demonstrations and training sessions.
- Capability to work independently in the field, manage travel within the territory, and adapt to rural and semi-urban environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in place of formal education.
- Knowledge of local languages and regional agricultural practices in respective location mentioned above is an advantage.
- Commitment to ethical, inclusive practices and a genuine interest in improving farmer livelihoods through mechanisation.
