Role Description The Tendering Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for managing the end-to-end tender and bidding process for exhibition and display projects. On a day-to-day basis, the role involves identifying tender opportunities, analyzing tender documents and project requirements, coordinating with internal teams to gather technical and commercial inputs, and preparing compliant and competitive proposals.

The Tendering

Specialist will draft and review tender submissions, track deadlines, maintain tender documentation, and support negotiations with clients and procurement authorities. The role also includes monitoring market trends,



maintaining databases of tenders and contracts, and contributing to process improvements to enhance bid quality and win rates.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong tender management skills, including experience in end-to-end tender processes and bid coordination.
- Candidates should possess solid analytical skills to interpret tender requirements, evaluate risks, and estimate costs and pricing structures.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess proposal writing skills, including the ability to create structured, persuasive, and compliant tender documents.
- Candidates should possess procurement-related skills, such as familiarity with government and corporate procurement procedures and documentation standards.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, engineering, or a related field are preferred.
- Prior experience in tendering or contracts within exhibitions, construction, events, or related industries is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, proficiency in MS Office (especially Word and Excel), and the capacity to meet tight deadlines are beneficial.
