Education: B.E. Civil / Diploma Civil with 3+ years of experience from Civil construction/Project Management Consultancy (PMC).
Experience : Min 3 years ( Must have experience in Repairs & Rehabilitation )
Job Profile:
This is a full-time office role for B.E. Civil / Diploma Civil Engineer located in Mumbai. The candidate shall have experience in Building structural repairs, waterproofing, and allied works in Residential, Commercial, Industrial Sector. Should be well versed with tech skills including Microsoft office word & MS Excel,
PowerPoint, AutoCad, Microsoft Project, Primavera etc.
- Site visits and survey
- Estimation / Rate Analysis
- Auto-CAD / Quantity Survey
- Tendering for Government and Private Sector
- Preparation of detailed estimate for repair works
- Assist in the preparation of bid proposals, presentations, tenders and project estimates.
- Provide regular updates on project progress and new service offerings.
- Attend industry conferences, events, and trade shows to represent the company and build a qualified network
