- Preparation & Submission: Responsible for the preparation, compilation, and timely submission of tenders, bids, and proposals in response to relevant invitations to tender (ITTs), requests for proposals (RFPs), and requests for quotations (RFQs).
- Research: Conduct thorough research to understand client requirements, project specifications, and tender evaluation criteria to ensure accurate and compliant tender submissions.
- Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal departments, finance, legal, and operations, to gather necessary information and resources for tender submissions.
- Documentation: Prepare all necessary documentation, including technical documents, project plans, and any other required materials, ensuring alignment with tender requirements and company standards.
- Negotiation: Participate in negotiations with clients and partners as needed to secure favorable terms and agreements.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders to enhance the company's reputation and competitiveness in the market.




- Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks related to tender opportunities.
- Estimation: - Responsible for evaluating the costs involved in engineering projects, product development, or manufacturing processes. They analyze various factors such as materials, labor, equipment, and overheads to provide accurate cost estimates and to ensure adherence to budgets and profitability targets.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in tender management, bid preparation, or related roles within the relevant sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Solid organizational and project management skills.
- Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

- B.Tech/B.E.
- Civil/Electrical Engineering
- Candidates with Relevant Experience of a minimum of 1 Year and a maximum of 6 years in EPC, Civil Engineering, or Construction Industry will be preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
