Tenant Coordinator – Redevelopment ProjectWe are looking for an experienced and responsible Tenant Coordinator to join our redevelopment project team.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and communicate with tenants/residents throughout the redevelopment process.
- Address tenant queries, concerns, and day-to-day requirements.
- Coordinate meetings, notices, documentation, shifting/relocation activities, and related formalities.
- Maintain proper records of tenant communication, documents, agreements, and follow-ups.
- Act as a liaison between tenants, project management, society representatives, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in resolving tenant-related issues and ensure smooth coordination during the redevelopment process.




- Regularly follow up with tenants and provide timely updates regarding project activities.

Requirements
- Fluency in Marathi is compulsory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in tenant coordination, society redevelopment, real estate, property management, or a similar role will be preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple tenants and resolve issues professionally.
- Positive knowledge of basic documentation and MS Office.
- Candidates who are locally familiar with the project area will be preferred.
