Role Description The Tendering Manager is a full-time, corporate office based in Hyderabad, responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process for construction and infrastructure projects. Day-to-day activities include identifying tender opportunities, reviewing bid documents, coordinating with technical and commercial teams, and preparing competitive proposals , Rate Analysis and cost estimates. The role involves liaising with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements, negotiate terms where applicable, and ensure timely submission of tenders.

The Tendering

Manager also analyzes tender outcomes, maintains tender records, supports procurement planning,



and contributes to strategic bidding decisions aligned with the company’s business goals.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Tender Management and Tender Preparation, including bid strategy, documentation, and compliance.
- Skills in Procurement and coordination with vendors and subcontractors to source accurate pricing and technical inputs.
- Experience in Sales and business development activities related to bidding, client engagement, and contract acquisition.
- Proficiency in Project Management to understand scope, timelines, risks, and resource requirements for proposed projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; a postgraduate degree or MBA is an advantage.
- Sound knowledge of construction contracts, EPC/BOT models, and relevant standards and regulations.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in cost estimation.
- Proficient in MS Office and relevant tendering or project management software, with transparent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, and manage multiple tenders under tight deadlines.
