Job Role : Telecaller

Qualification : Any Degree

Key Skills Required :

- Excellent communication and conversation skills
- Ability to confidently speak with clients over the phone
- Fluent in English, Telugu & Hindi
- Strong client handling and follow-up skills
- Ability to understand client concerns and explain information clearly
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and professional communication
- Previous telecalling or client-handling experience is preferred

Responsibilities :

- Speak with clients and understand their requirements
- Explain our legal services clearly
- Follow up with potential and existing clients
- Maintain professional communication with clients
- Schedule consultations and coordinate with the legal team
- Build trust and maintain positive client relationship.
