- What You'll Do

- Speak with prospective donors on behalf of respected charity partners.
- Inspire people to support life-changing causes through one-off and regular donations.
- Build trust and rapport through engaging conversations.
- Handle objections professionally and ethically.
- Accurately capture donor information using our CRM systems.
- Meet individual and team fundraising targets.
- Maintain compliance with all fundraising and privacy requirements.

- What We're Looking For

- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Previous sales, customer service, fundraising or call centre experience is an advantage.
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
- Reliable, punctual and professional.
- Comfortable working to KPIs and performance targets.
- Confidence using computers,



CRMs and online communication platforms.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and accept coaching.

- Remote Work Requirements

Applicants must have

- A reliable computer or laptop capable of running cloud-based applications.
- High-speed, stable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps recommended).
- A quality USB noise-cancelling headset.
- A quiet, professional home office free from background noise and distractions.
- Backup internet access (mobile hotspot preferred) where possible.
- Reliable power supply.
- Availability to work Australian business hours (Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend shifts if required).
- A private workspace that protects donor confidentiality.
