We are looking for a Telesales Executive with experience in the freight forwarding industry to generate current business through outbound calls, develop customer relationships, and generate sales leads for International Freight Forwarding, Import/Export and Logistics services.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound sales calls to potential customers, importers, exporters and businesses.

Generate new leads and sales opportunities through telecalling.

Promote the company's freight forwarding and logistics services.

Understand customer requirements for Import, Export, Air Freight and Sea Freight.

Generate enquiries for FCL, LCL, Air Freight and other freight forwarding services.

Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.





Follow up on quotations and ensure timely closure of enquiries.

Maintain daily records of calls, leads, enquiries, follow-ups and conversions.

Develop and maintain a database of prospective customers.

Identify new business opportunities within the EXIM and freight forwarding market.

Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales and lead-generation targets.

Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
