We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to generate new business opportunities through telephone calls, WhatsApp, email and other communication channels. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer follow-up, enquiry handling, quotation follow-up and converting prospects into orders . Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to existing and potential industrial customers.

Generate new leads through online directories, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, company databases and other sources. Understand customer requirements for industrial automation products. Respond to customer enquiries received through calls, WhatsApp and email.

Share product details, quotations, datasheets and company information with customers. Follow up regularly on quotations and pending enquiries. Maintain a proper record of leads, enquiries, quotations and follow-ups.

Coordinate with the sales and purchase teams for product availability, pricing and delivery information. Identify new customers such as manufacturing companies, OEMs, contractors, system integrators and maintenance departments . Achieve assigned monthly targets for calls, leads,



quotations and sales.

Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing customers. Reconnect with inactive/old customers and generate repeat business. Keep customers updated regarding order status, delivery and product availability.

Update daily activities in CRM/Excel/lead management system. Monitor competitor pricing and market requirements. Coordinate with the sales team for customer visits wherever required. alary & Incentive Structure Salary: As per candidate's experience and industry standards.

Performance Incentive: Incentives will be provided based on individual performance and upon successful completion/achievement of the assigned targets . The incentive amount/structure will be as per the company's applicable incentive policy.
