Job Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up on current leads through calls and outreach
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer support and service delivery
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

Eligibility Criteria





- Any qualification is acceptable for this position
- Experience: 6 Months – 5+ Years in Telesales/Telecalling/Sales
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach
