Candidate Requirements Good Gujarati and English communication. Hindi communication is an advantage. Confident and persuasive communication skills. Comfortable making 50–100+ outbound calls per day . Basic computer knowledge.

Experience with CRM or sales software is preferred. Diamond/jewelry industry experience is a strong advantage. Target-oriented and able to handle regular follow-ups. Good negotiation and objection-handling skills.

What You Will Do Make outbound calls to diamond suppliers.

Introduce Only Carat Global Diamond

Marketplace . Convince suppliers to create their account and upload inventory. Explain the perks of creating their own supplier website/store link .

Help suppliers complete: Account registration Email verification Company profile KYC Stock upload Supplier store activation Follow up with suppliers who have registered but have not completed onboarding. Help suppliers understand how they can share their Only Carat store link with their existing buyers. Explain how suppliers can receive new local and global buyer inquiries through the marketplace.

Maintain daily call and follow-up records. Achieve monthly supplier onboarding targets. Build long-term relationships with suppliers.
