Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
- Explain insurance products and services clearly to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert them into sales.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups and conversions.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for customer requirements.
- Provide valuable customer service and handle basic queries professionally.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
