Key Responsibilities:

- To perform Market Research and Identify Leads thereby generating potential clients (hospitals/ diagnostic centre, healthcare clinic) for conversion for teleradiology services (CT, MRI, X- Ray, BMD, Mammography)
- Conduct field visit to meet Hospital Administrators, Clinicians and decision makers for sales pitch and onboard clients.
- To comply with number of new clients converted and onboarded against budget - revenue targets.




- Build and maintain strong relationship with existing clients and take continuous feedback in alignment with Operations Team regarding Teleradiology services.
- Handle client queries, onboarding process, client contract management, payment follow up in coordination with IT, Operations, Finance and Legal team.
- Understand competitor offerings in Teleradiology and position Manipal Hospitals Teleradiology USPs strategically for sales pitch.
- Maintain CRM with daily field visit reports, leads and sales tracker data.
- Follow up on contract renewals, execution of price revision strategies for existing clients as per budget compliance.

What We Are Looking For:

- Graduate in any discipline. MBA (preferred)
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in B2B healthcare sales, business development, client acquisition, and relationship management, preferably in teleradiology, diagnostics, or healthcare services.
